Cancelation Policy
Life happens, and plans change. We keep our policy simple and fair, and if something genuinely comes up, just call us. We're real people, and we'll always work with you.
Because we hold a limited number of spots each day and line up our instructors around confirmed bookings, here's how timing works:
48+ hours before your lesson — Full refund, no questions asked.
24 to 48 hours before — Half refund.
Less than 24 hours before — No refund, unless you have a doctor's note or a documented emergency, in which case we'll make it right. Either way, please call — we'd always rather hear from you.
No-shows — Charged full price.
If we cancel — If we call it for weather or unsafe conditions, you'll get a full refund.
